Description

In the Alcova part of Fremont Canyon you will find a narrow area where the granite begins to rise out of the water. There are a myriad of cracks, aretes, and possible faces that can be deep water soloed. Beware of hidden ledges just below the water line, there are a few faces that can't be soloed for this reason.

Getting There

From the main lake, motor south into the canyon past the first big S-bend and past the buoy marking the no-wake zone. Shortly after that you will enter the Alcovanath.
