Pokom, a Maidu name meaning Sun, as the name implies, this is a great place to catch some sun on a chilly day.

A large Boulder with climbable faces all around. Between the several bolted and gear protected routes, as well as top ropes and variations, this Boulder could keep you occupied all day.

There are two sets of anchors on top which allow set up to TR almost every route. A few pieces of gear are recommended to use as directionals.

There are a few routes which can be lead on gear. A single rack to 3” should get you up everything.

Getting There Suggest change

One of the furthest formations to the South. Park along the road (Fruit Growers BLVD) on the south end of a big meadow. The very top of the formation can be spotted from the road.
