Park off Kanawuake road at this lot (41.228110, -74.148849). Use blue V path across the street towards Tom Jones Shelter. Hike about 25-30 mins and it will be on a hill up to your left, about 5-10 mins before hitting the road that you would take towards the lakes. Exact boulder location is 41.220799, -74.136263.
