Please be advised: State Rangers know of the area and, due to the unwanted potential impact and concerns w.r.t hiking, crash pads, etc, have strongly encouraged very VERY small groups of people at any point going toward and beyond that direction. Small groups of no more than 2-3 people are advised. This will NOT change for the foreseeable future.
Permits can be acquired at the ranger station on the way to the boulders from the upper Tramway station.
Description
One of the five boulders that make up the heart of Central Atlantis. This boulder hosts a circuit of low ball slab, long chossy traverses and one of Atlantis's hardest test pieces (still an undone project as of this text); The Dolphin Meat Sit. Sun in the AM to mid afternoon, with only late afternoon shade, though the overhang remains shaded most of the day.
