Description Suggest change

Group Camp is a beautiful spill of gritty, glacial, granite boulders set along a ridge consisting of mostly white oaks and red and white pines. Mountain laurel covers a majority of the understory which makes for tough navigation but creates a nice setting especially when in bloom. Lots of the boulders here are sadly too small for climbing, but a few bigger ones lurk among the understory.

Getting There Suggest change

From the main gate, hike past the right hand turn to head to Damon. Take the second right turn. Hike up hill until there’s a single track trail on your left. This leads you out through the boulderfield.
