Description Suggest change

Some of the hardest overhanging climbing in Bariloche exists here amongst various sub sectors. Usually has a lot of shade and can be climbed when it's lightly raining.

Getting There Suggest change

Take bus 20 or drive.

Parking Area: https://maps.app.goo.gl/bgoZ1tHjyJ3tczoC6

Boveda Trail junction: https://maps.app.goo.gl/Rkbighhc8hhoWXzz9?g_st=aw

Pared Blanca Trail junction: https://maps.app.goo.gl/si4BjS3xqs1ssWuj9?g_st=aw

From the parking area there are two paths. Take the left path. Continue on this path for 500m. During the flat 500m walk there will be various paths to the left and right, stay on the widest path which goes left. It is mostly flat and passes through a few gates. DO NOT be tempted to hike up random side trails to the left. Wait until you've walked 500m and can see a big white rock wall above you in the forest about 150m away. At this point there is a path leading right into the open swamp area of Laguna Trebol. Now take the obvious climbers trail up to the white wall. There is also a path here which continues east into the forest 100m to the Oficina sector. From the Pared Blanca you can go left and scramble down and then up along the base to reach Carmelitas.

The Boveda is found below Carmelitas, 200m before the junction to go up to Pared Blanca.

La Oficina is 100m further east into the forest at the Junction up to Pared Blanca.
