Cherokee Park

Kentucky

Description

Some very small and hard to find boulder problems located around Cherokee Park's limestone rocks. If you're looking for some outdoor climbing in Louisville Kentucky, taking an afternoon at Cherokee to explore the rock might be the right kind of fun for you. Feel free to add your routes to this area!

Getting There

Type Cherokee Park into your GPS and you will find it easily! Most of the exposed rock face and boulders are near big rock which is at the intersection of Beargrass Rd. and Alta Vista Rd. Please explore around here and add your entries!

Seems these problems don't get much action in July... took a few cobwebs out with my face.

[Hide Comment] In town for the week and figured I'd check this out. Went alone with no pads and expected total choss. Found choss, but ended up having a blast on a few of these problems. If you're stuck in Louisville and need a fix before going to the Red, would recommend. Jul 21, 2024
