This area is directly East, 1000ft of the established problems (far right of the large boulderfield) As the name suggests, these big blocs receive sunlight almost all day long. Incredible sunsets over Three Ridges and Wintergreen can be seen from almost every one. The rock in this area is nearly identical to that of The Forest (greenstone with quartzite conglomerates), but tends to produce larger and more featured boulders.
Far Eastern reaches of the main Crawford's Knob boulderfield on the South-facing slope around 2300.' GPS coordinates are pretty spot on.
