Description Suggest change

Alliteration Area is the largest crag in Watson Park Creek drainage, being roughly 1000 feet wide and having routes ranging from 90 to 200+ feet where you can choose your own difficulty level. The rock is generally high quality, though can be a bit crispy for the first few ascents. Current routes range from 5.8 to 5.10, but there is potential for MANY other routes with a wide variety of difficulties. The entirety of the wall hasn't even been walked yet, and potential paths through the overhanging section of the wall above the slab have yet to be explored - though there doesn't look like a ton of options beyond the obvious flake and crack across the length.

Getting There Suggest change

Many different approaches are possible - a standard one is still being determined based on Rampart Range parking restrictions, and as development continues, a potential partnership with the USFS on an established trail is likely to be pursued.
