Description

The Owl Pellet is a large and highly featured boulder just off the approach trail to Owl's Head Cliff. If you're willing to brave the swamp with pads on your back you will be rewarded with beautifuly sculpted granite holds, nice landings, and clean rock.

Getting There

Do the treacherous swamp approach. This boulder is located on the 40' into the woods on right side of the trail, just before it gets steep on the way to the base of the cliff. It is the only obviously large boulder at the base of the cliff visible from the trail.
