Local ethics and refuge regulations are that no bolting is permitted unless expressly authorized by the park. Leave the hammer and nails at home, no fixed gear please. Everything will go clean.

Description

First big boulder you see just past Juji Fruit pullout on your left if you're driving up Mt Scott Rd. Spotlight Boulder got its name from all these folks slowing down to watch you as you climb. Probably the only downside of this boulder!
