N Country Rd Boulder Climbing

Old boulder spot that was recently brought back to life by Dan P, Matt T & Garrett Z.

Shout out to Lucas C for throwing up some of the hardest lines on this boulder.

While it technically is private property, I was there 2/12/22 with no issues. I spend 3 hours there in the AM brushing the lichen off the rock and climbing. At one point a state trooper came, and 30 min after a Suffolk officer came. Both times they just asked if I had any spray paint. Both officers said I was allowed to be there and allowed to be climbing that rock. They told me to enjoy the rest of my day and drove off. So take that as you will. Just be mindful and respectful if you go to climb there.

9/3/2022 the face that is right on the road is currently covered in overgrown weeds. Unless someone goes there and trims everything, this will most likely turn into a winter spot once everything dies again.
