Description Suggest change

Fun adventure-style granite cragging away from the crowds. Predominantly single pitch but lots of options to choose your own path. Beautiful and peaceful ambiance. Didn't see much written information on this area other than the bouldering guidebook referenced below so please reach out if you have additional information / corrections. There are a lot of outcroppings right off the road with only a couple detailed in this page.

There are also a good number of established boulder problems in the area.  Beta can be found in the Bouldering in the Wind River Range guidebook.

Getting There Suggest change

When coming from Lander, drive up into Sinks Canyon until you pass Frye Lake on the right. Shortly after passing the turn off for Worthen Reservoir (aka Fremont Canyon Youth Camp or FS RD 302) the road turns to dirt and you can veer left off the main road and drive down onto a grass field. All of the crags are easily accessible from here via a short hike north. Conversely, there is a small parking area on the East side of Louis Lake Road just before the pavement turns to dirt.
