Description
Mont du Gros-Bras is the first mountain on the left when you arrive by the south. It's a mixed climbing paradise, in a very scottish fasion. Expect high adventure, long days, gear belays, and a strong leave no trace ethic. There is no fixed rappel line, no fixed anchors, and minimal bolts. Gros Bras is a classic adventure cliff. Toping any route of the cliff is a proud achievement.

Getting There
Park on the west side of the road (or in the park entrance parking and walk), pretty much right in front of the climb you want to do. Cross the river and go up for about 30mins to 1h, depending on where you're going.
The approach is more amenable to snowshoes than skis. It is steep, vegetated and the stream crossing may require boulder hopping which is easier in snowshoes. Snowshoes are also easier to carry if doing the walk off.
