Description Suggest change

The Diamond lies somewhat hidden below The Ruin. It's basically the perfect little sport cliff--tall but not too tall, steep but not too steep, and festooned with really cool holds on pretty orange rock. Expect routes 5.9-5.12, which is again, perfect.

Getting There Suggest change

If you're facing at The Ruin, look back over your right shoulder. You should see a trail heading downhill and to the right to the base of the Diamond. Alternatively, you can access it from Winter Wall by cutting straight west across the hillside until you can see a fixed rop that helps surmount some stacked boulders.

see Aug. 2023 comment - the fixed line may be gone
