It’s not that steep. Very interesting rock, not quite blank, but almost. The wall features a big crack, which I’m guessing is the only real climb.

Labeled ‘Steep Cliff’ on the map. Hike toward the highway up into the woods from the dam ruins, across the spillway “moonrocks”
