Description Suggest change

"the trumbull valley" is a nice piece of woods. there are lots of interesting rock formations. There is stuff scattered through this park, but there is a very dense concentration of geology located in the lower half of the park, easily accessed from the southern entrance. there are more than a dozen bouldering spots worth checking out. be careful of the stone because it is not all great quality stone.

Getting There Suggest change

for the south end, park at the commuter lot at exit 9 for route 25. the trail head is at the end of park st.

for the north end, there are a couple lots on whitney ave. there are also parking lots in the adjacent indian ledge town park, but those are town sticker lots.
