Description
This is a long forgotten wall that, while featured in Pajunas & McGown's 1989 book, is all but a footnote in current guidebooks. Tall, solid rock makes it inviting for new new routes to be established and old lines to be resurrected.
Getting There
There is no top rope access from above unlike most Rocky Butte Climbs
For a 3 minute approach you can access by heading towards the Grotto, but continuing on to 92nd and Skidmore. The start of the trail is easily marked by the concrete dividers that run along the turnabout. Do not park next to these dividers and instead find a spot next to a house along 90th or 92nd. Once you walk straight south about 150 yards, you'll hit the main trail. If you follow this trail East, it will loop back around to the top of the crag where the Mannahouse Church sits. Along the trail, there will be climbers trails where you can walk up to various walls from the bottom, often through brushy, dirty slopes. Walking the trail all the way will mean you'll likely encounter the homeless people that often camp here.
Alternatively, from the top you can rappel from Breakfast Cracks to the bottom. You can also descend the eroded cave chute that is between Toothpick Wall and Breakfast Cracks, heading left just as you exit the cave, then continuing along the rock face past, past Breakfast Cracks, then descending into the Easternmost wall that features Chaitanya
