Many of the boulders in this area have pertroglyps. please respect these artifacts, and not climb near or around them to ensure this area remains open.

Description

This area has good density of climbs with all grades. The main area starts at Icky Yucca and ends at Shelter in Place, with quality climbs, such as Ambient Yeast before this, and Essential Work farther up the canyon. There is a lot more potential for boulders in this canyon, sometimes right next to established lines, as we did not have enough time to do everything. Exploring will most likely result in FAs and stoke.

Getting There

Take a right immediately after the second of two cattleguards that are close together on Ironwood Rd W. Take this dirt road for a few hundred feet until arriving at a 2 car parking pull out on the left. Follow a nearby trail up the canyon. Most boulders are along this trail, although the trail becomes faint at times.
