Description

LARGE mostly undeveloped portion of bald rock with 100+ boulders. The main area -asteroids, bunny blocks, etc seems to have been developed instead due to the concentration of climbable rock there, but there are far more boulders to the left, over the highest point of bald rock, and down the hill on the other side.

Getting There

From the parking lot, take the main approach which heads towards the bunny blocks and asteroids, but rather than continuing straight to these boulders turn left, heading past the Kallisto's Krack boulders and around the highest point of the big bald rock. On the other side, there should be a plethora of boulders down the hill, and to your right, with the road you drove in on visible on the hillside opposite of you. Use the road as the easiest orientation point. When facing the road, the most boulders should be off to your right visible on the many terraced levels of granite on this side of bald rock. Another milemarker would be the very tall, awesome looking highball that sits one or two terraces down near the top of the dome. Just underneath this boulder is the Leap of Snape boulder.
