This larger area has a lot of potential, but there hasn't been much done here yet.

Getting There Suggest change

Go West out of Bishkek and drive for about 1.5 hours till you get to the town of Kara-Balta (there is a roundabout so you can't miss it). At the round about, turn South (left) towards the mountains and drive till you get to the village of Sosnovka. There is a toll station (45 KGS) that you need to drive through just after Sosnovka. This area goes from the toll station all the way up to the tunnel at the top of the Too Ashu pass.
