If you use chalk on the rock, brush it off when you are done. If you use tick marks, brush them off when you are done. Wipe your feet off prior to each climbing attempt. Excess chalk and any dirt, leaves, or mud can polish holds over time. Do not drag your pad from one climb to the next (in order to minimize erosion). And most importantly, Leave No Trace. Pick up your trash and place it in the trash cans at the trail head.
Description
There are multiple easy 40 foot slab lines on the downhill side of this boulder, and some proud hard slab lines on the West facing side.
Getting There
This tall slab boulder sits straight downhill from the entrance of the Tilted Tree Area. Once you walk between The First Wall and the Squirrel Soup Boulder, you will see the mossy low angle side of the tall boulder.
[Hide Comment] A large tree has fallen across the left corner of the face. It does not impede the climbing though as most lines have been repeated since. Hopefully the Cheat Canyon Climber's Coalition can remove some of the branches with a trial day soon!
