Description

Excellent rock full that’s of cracks and opportunity. Most of the cliff is less than vertical and the routes are quite casual. An excellent place to cut your teeth on trad or an easy day on fun holds.

Getting There

This wall is on the northwest side of Lava Butte. Park to the side 2.6 miles from North Las Vegas Blvd at a triangle intersection of the power line road and a small "Authorized Vehicles only" service road. Walk south up the spur and when it veers right cut left cross country and walk up the right side of a wash until the slope levels a bit. Cross the wash and gain a small ridge left of the big talus field. Just below the wall angle right up to the base.
