Park at the CCC lot.

Walk 100-200 yards back east on the road until you come to a culvert going under the road with a sign on either side of the road. Head left up the drainage and you will come to this area and the boulders. This is the quickest way but best in the spring and fall when the leaves are down so you can see where you are going.
