Monadnock Region

New Hampshire

Description

There's a lot more to the Monadnock Region than it's namesake mountain. With well over a dozen quality climbing areas, it's no wonder the locals haven't been racing to tell The Internet. To the adventurer goes the spoils. Head out on the weekends and you'll probably run into a group of Keene State College students taking advantage of their surroundings.

[Hide Comment] Lots of great climbing in the Monadnock and Keene area that is not documented here. Being unfamiliar with local access issues I shall refrain for now but I highly recommend the new guidebook. Also, purchasing it helps fund the Monadnock Conservancy which is a local access group!
