Description

An interesting Navajo sandstone crag with patina that is more reminiscent of Black Velvet Canyon than typical Utah desert climbing. The routes here are 1-2 pitches and rely on gear and bolts. There could be some 4-5 pitch routes but the rock quality deteriorates higher. It is north facing so shady for most of the day but gets late afternoon sun. Lots of FA potential here still. The cracks are mossy so take a bit of cleaning

Getting There

This wall is about 2.7 miles south into Buckhorn Wash if coming from the north. Park by the road towards the established campsite. Hike up this road for a bit then cross the grassy area with sage bushes. Find a cairned trail leading up the talus slope.
