Description
This area has a great front porch. It stays shady for a long time and all routes here are 2 - 4 pitches. However, the boulder has 4 established routes on it and all 4 could be done as 1 pitch climbs instead of linking them into their upper pitches. The boulder has a huge chickenhead on top that's perfect for belaying or rapping off. You can also downclimb off the Boulder, towards the Main Wall onto another great staging area where you can do the step across start to DDcDDI or continue downclimbing to start in the crack or to climb Snake Fur Jacket. Also, from the top of the Boulder, you can do a super cool traverse up, down and around to the chockstone belay where the Hands' routes continue.
