Description

A large erratic hidden in the stream gully on the south side of Hurricane Mountain Rd. Originally developed in 2001 by IME staff, the boulder may require scrubbing.

Getting There

From the "scenic overlook" on NH Rt. 16, take Hurricane Mountain Rd heading towards Maine. When you pass the winter gate, keep an eye out for the boulder down hill on the right hand side about 1/4 mile past the gate. There are a few small pullouts for cars.
