Description

The Steam Roller Cave is the north side (upstream) side of Whiteface. It can be access by a tight slot between Big Papa and Little Mama. Inside houses probably the hardest project in Treasury as well as the Birth Canal experience. An absolute must for anyone who climbs at treasury.

Getting There

From Whiteface scramble over great slab. From there head directly to your left along the downhill side of whiteface. Scramble up to a shelf next to the blunt arete on the whiteface boulder. This is Big Papa. From here wiggle your way between the two rocks to find the cave. The steam roller project will be the big chunky blocks on the left and Birth Canal is the compression triangle on the right.
