Access Issue: Access Issues Details

The land where memorial falls, window waltz, and tannery falls is located was acquired by The Michigan Nature Association. They have closed this area to climbing. This is why it is important to donate to organizations like UPCC and Access Fund so access can be negotiated and secured.

Description

Located within Munising City limits are several 30 foot pillars/curtains. If you are short on time, these present good options. See the “Access Issues” section. Some of these are currently privately owned and closed to climbing. Donate to organizations like the UPCC and Access Fund so that these areas can hopefully be reopened in the future.
