Description

Bouldery, short area at the mouth of the canyon. Split between an upper and lower tier. The lower section is almost completely hidden by trees. Upper section is the prominent feature on the South side of the canyon (North face) from the parking lot. Solid rock generally, but climbers are advised to be cautious as it is a new area, particularly when accessing the upper tier. Short drive, short approach, short climbs.

Climbs listed top tier first, then bottom tier. See beta photo for details.

Getting There

Park at the mouth of the canyon in the bonneville and river trail parking lots. Cross the steel bridge over the river. Turn RIGHT, down river and walk about 50 feet. Take the trail to the crag by turning left (south) into the trees uphill (not into the river) and follow trail along the base of the mossy boulders to the first climbs that are about 20 and 30 feet tall. The upper tier is accessed by following the trail along the base of the cliff going up canyon till it curves up and around.
