Description
The gully contains some of the classic, vert sport lines of Donner Summit, as well as a few of the more obscure but quality trad lines. Generally one of the best places on the summit to cool off, the wall faces north and receives very little sun all day, and if there is any wind whipping through the summit, the gully is likely to catch all of it.
There are only two completely distinct sport lines (the Cannibals/Pump Lust line and Puppet), so the area becomes crowded and queues form quite easily. There exist a number of enjoyable linkups between these lines as well.
