Description Suggest change

This is NOT the same area as Chalk Creek Ice, which is private property. This area is in the San Isabel National Forest; it receives morning sun and is in full shade by noon-ish. These are a series of small cliff bands of igneous rock with quality ranging from bulletproof to YGD. This area is rarely climbed - bring a brush and a helmet. All routes were developed by Doug Ranck.

Getting There Suggest change

South of Fremont Pass, look to the west until you see a cliff band. There is a pullout between mile marker 8 & 9.

There is no trail. Set your compass to 15° N and bushwhack, may the odds be ever in your favor.
