Description

A quality piece of stone hidden in plain sight right off of Highway 12. This crag holds four sport climbs and one crack climb. The SE face (facing the road) has four routes and gets blasted by the sun until around 1:30pm in the summer. These routes should be climbable well into the colder months if dry.

After doing some digging, the namesake crack climb is "Crescent Crack" at 5.9 C1. This was established by 1992.

Getting There

From Missoula, drive to the town of Lolo and take a right on Highway 12. Drive past Lolo Hot Springs for maybe 3/4 of a mile and pull off to the left side of the road with New Highway Rock in sight. Its about .3 miles from "Sprinkles Rock"
