Description
The northern most sub peak of Mt. Ericsson. There's a handful of routes on this mountain including an old Beckey route "Vinland".
Getting There
Refer to previous page.
Descent: There's a couple ways off the mountain. From the summit register there's a chute on the right (west) that we didn't take because it still had some steep firm snow in it. Though if it's snow free or you brought pons/axe it looks like it would be straight forward. The way we took you continue south along the ridge from the summit register taking the second chute on the left (east). The first one on the left looks fairly fifth class. At the top of the second left chute do ~50' of some exposed 4th class down climb to the loose gully. Halfway down the gully it will choke down and appear to cliff out. Traverse left to a blunt arete with some loose trails on it. You will again cliff out ~40' from the ground. Traverse back right to the original gully and quickly reach the ground. Sounds complicated but it's pretty obvious route finding.
