Description

There are a number of good climbs on this formation's east side including Scandal, Tempest and Wooly Bear. Watch for poison oak around and on this formation.

Getting There

From the junction of the Juniper Canyon Trail and the Tunnel trail take the Tunnel trail through the tunnel and then up a set of switchbacks. Teapot Dome is the first formation you reach from the switchbacks on your left(west).
