Description Suggest change

A fairly extensive area of cliff lines, towers, and boulders in a gladey wooded setting. Some of this is high up, close to the West Bluff trail, a few of the towers are lower down on mid-slope. While there are bits of user trails here and there, navigation is generally complicated and confusing the first few times you visit these areas - be patient and you'll have a great time!

Whichever little tower you go to, you are pretty much guaranteed to have it to yourself!

Getting There Suggest change

Park at the West Bluff trail parking, the first parking you come to as you come in the North entrance, just before the Nature Center and before the road curves down to the Visitor's Center on the North Shore. Hike up the West Bluff trail. These areas are mostly above the Lake.

A few of these areas - Cave Rocks, Hangman Tower, the Shark's Tooth - might be just as easily reached from the Tumbled Rocks trail, below.

See directions for the individual areas.
