Access Issue: Area Closed
Details
The Frenchman Lake area and all climbing areas around it are currently closed due to wildfire as of 07/03/21. Due to the severity of the damage caused by the wildfire, this area is not projected to be open throughout 2021 and will probably be closed through the 2022 season due to dangers caused by falling trees logging activity and erosion.
Updates will be available when or if conditions change.

Description
This is a super cool little spot. The creek comes tumbling down through the rocks in an almost slot-canyon like setting.
The rock in this spot is solid and there looks like a lot of opportunities for short sport/face climbs as well as trad climbs. I feel like this could be a great little spot with a bit more development. Just take your trash when you go!

Getting There
If you come in from the top, you'll have to find your way down by any number of easy scrambles. from the bottom, you just struggle up the canyon through the rocks and bushes following the creek until you reach "The grotto". You'll know when you've found it. There's a cool little pool for wallowing if your into that sort of thing.
The two big rocks in the middle are good for sitting and observing/chilling. A fairly easy scramble up the left side (facing uphill) will get you to/from the top.
