With wildfire risks at an all time high, I wanted to add this notice so people will know. Please review the restrictions and report any suspicious activity and campfires. The restrictions are all the same through most National Forests in AZ.

Description
Jim Bryant is a beautiful canyon carved into the folds of Lee Mountain. At the mouth of the canyon rises one of the area's proudest Coconino shields, hosting the classic Lifeline. Further back in the canyon itself, countless grand adventures are to be enjoyed including the difficult offwidth routes on the battlements of Hajji Baba Tower.
Getting There
4x4 Approach: Drive east to the end of Morgan Road and head south on the Broken Arrow jeep track as far as you can in the direction of your destination. For the Lifeline area, set off from Submarine Rock. For routes up Jim Bryant Canyon itself, set off from the Mushroom Rock / Chicken Point area.
Hiking Approach (J.B. Canyon): Park at the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Hike the main trail passing underneath Chicken Point. Continue southeast following this trail into the wilderness and down to the excellent trail in the bottom of Jim Bryant Canyon itself.
Hiking Approach (Lifeline Area): Park at Broken Arrow trailhead and hike out past Submarine Rock toward the clean Coconino walls above.
