Description Suggest change

The Jetty is a long, narrow formation plus a few freestanding boulders located above Watson Lake's north boat ramp. The south and east sections face the boat ramp area. The vertical to overhanging south and north walls sport a variety of tall face and crack problems, the east end has a few good roof problems, and the west end features a number of freestanding boulders. Short approach and generally good rock quality. You might want pads and spotters for some of the taller problems.

Getting There Suggest change

Park at the nearest parking lot to the boat ramp (no parking at the ramp) and choose one of two approaches. You can head north then east from the lot on faint trails and boulder hopping up and over to the formation, or walk down to the boat ramp area, hike a bit up the North Shore Trail and then cut left (west) up slabs and around initial cliff bands up to the east end (easiest and most obvious approach, especially if bringing pads).
