Getting There
Follow the approach to Oak Creek Spire, when you get into the drainage below the west side of the spire, continue north up the wash toward the back of the canyon with the obvious meat-stick of Beeflord Spire. Refer to the overview picture for landmarks. When you are more or less below the buttress, and before you reach Beeflord Spire on the right (east) side of the canyon, look for an open ridge with some cairns on the left and head up to the buttress. This will involve some shrubbery, but if you pick around it is mostly open. When you get to the base of the buttress, continue up the brushy gully on the right side until a short scramble accesses the ledge system which you can traverse back left to the first pitch. About 1 hr. from the Jacks Canyon Trailhead.
