Description Suggest change

Karain is a south facing cave formation that offers 16 routes with grades ranging from 6a+ to 9a? Be sure to eat your Wheaties and come prepared for hard routes. Despite the southern orientation of the wall, it is so steep and over hanging that much of it never see is the light of day. Also be sure to bring a rope bag because the goats also like to hide from the sunshine or rain storms in this cave. Our four-legged friends also have good taste in amazing places to hang out.

5 Minutes.

The approach trail to Karain starts alongside the dirt road 300 meters after the left turn junction. Look for a trail on your left about 30 metres beyond a red and white striped bolder. You can see the cave from the trailhead. 5 meters off the road and up this trail you hang a left and follow kerins. The trail that go directly to the wall doing switchbacks along the way. You will arrive at the right side of the cave.
