Description Suggest change

Home to some of the longest climbs on sugarloaf. Sunset Gully has climbing of every style. Sport, traditional, and bouldering all in one area. Moderate sport climbing with harder projects in the works. Obscure and bold traditional climbs and a talus field with aesthetic bouldering lines with lots of harder potential. Afternoon sun minutes from town and a quick approach make this an enjoyable evening crag.

Getting There Suggest change

Hike north out of the old Sugarloaf parking area on an unmarked trail. Follow uphill and cut down into a wash before the upper slabs start out. Follow the wash uphill to find the boulder field and the tilt wall.
