Getting There

From the East Forest Warm-up Boulder, follow the trail east into the new clearcut until it weaves uphill in between the Stinkin' Slopers and Midnight Lichen boulders. Continue up past the Cracked Egg Boulder, and Metroid Prime will be the next obvious standalone boulder you see.
