Per Evan C: this area is not closed. Access is via a forest service road, and the boulders are on forest land. Fall River Reservoir is a semi-popular camping and fishing area and is listed as such on the forest service website.

Description

Fox Man is a large, overhanging boulder with black and red granite.

Getting There

From a large boulder with a cave underneath, look up at James and then to the right just past the big black boulder sitting next to a tree patch, you'll see a big boulder on the near scree horizon. Hike towards that boulder, and it's in a ditch just before.
