Access Issue: State Park - Fee Required. Details

Golden Gate Canyon is a State Park and a $10 (2021) fee is required for entrance. Cash/Check only accepted; Self serve kiosks exist throughout the park. Annual passes can be purchased for $60.

Description

Rifleman Phillips has nice bouldering in a quiet forest setting. There are probably 20 or so problems.

Getting There

This is in Golden Gate Canyon Park. It is across the street from the Rifleman Phillips State Campground and has classic granite bouldering, pretty solid rock, flat landings, and a 5 minute approach. Keep it down, and pick up your trash. There was beta for this area on the now defunct Front Range Bouldering website. More info is to come.
