Description
Access fee at the mouth of American Fork Canyon, other than that, there should not be any more fees that you'll have to pay.
Getting There
Drive the the northeast parking lot of Silver Lake Flat Reservoir and park (if the creek bed is dry you may be able to drive up to the boulders, if the creek is full, you'll have to hike in). If hiking, head to the trail that leads northeast. It crosses the creek and then converges with a dirt road/main trail, take this trail up for about 0.5 miles and you'll see two large granite boulders on the left side of the trail. One boulder is almost entirely flat on top which makes for a good hangout spot, but not much climbing to be done. The second boulder is about 10-12 ft tall, we found a few fun problems on this boulder. This is what we call the Will Ferrell Boulder.
