Description

This sector has one long bouldering wall with several hard problems and a couple of moderate classics. The water rarely gets to this wall, so it’s pretty much always good to climb. There are four classic hard lines (V7/8) on this wall, so it’s a great spot for stronger climbers to do a nice boulder circuit. Just below this wall, is the “Moat,” a sloping boulder with several nice moderate problems with exciting slopey topouts.

Getting There

Take the first climber’s trail on the left side of the Allegheny Trail, after about a 5 minute approach. The climber’s trail is located after one of recently renovated sections of trail, and a few feet after a large red oak that crosses the trail.
