Description
A notable peak on the prominent ridge from Denny Mountain to Chair Peak. Easy year round access from the Alpental Valley.
Getting There
Bryant Peak can be approached from either the Alpental or Melakwa Valley. The scramble route on the southwest side of the peak starts from around Hemlock Pass, which is reached via the Melakwa Lake Trail. The east and north sides of Bryant Peak can be approached from the Alpental Valley by heading to Source Lake, up into Great Scott Basin beneath the Tooth, and then contouring beneath the cliffs of Bryant Peak towards Bryant Col, the divide between Chair Peak and Bryant Peak.
