Description

Wachusett Mountain is located in Princeton, MA not too far from climbing areas like Crow Hill and Redemption Rock. Note that in the winter most areas are not easily accessible because the mountain is an active ski mountain. During the non-ski season, there are several state parking lots just past the ski parking that are also used to access the road that drives to the top of the mountain. Several climbs can be found dispersed across the mountain. During some part of the year, the state parking costs $5.

Getting There

Coming from the north, turn off of Rte. 140 on to Park Rd./Mile Hill Rd./Mountain Rd., drive past the ski parking areas up the hill, and turn right into the state parking lot. Coming from the south, the state parking will be on your left. See the individual climbs for more details.
